At Indigo Antiques, we want you to cherish every unique piece of history you bring into your home. If your selection is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for all authentic furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item's current condition.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original shipping crate or box with all protective padding to ensure the delicate materials are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Arranging Transport

  For large furniture, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier pickup; for smaller decor, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
