Blue Painted & Limed Stone Jali Panel From Rajasthan - 19th Century

These Jodhpur blue antique jali panels are hand carved from a single piece of stone. Crafted with expert traditional techniques, these panels date to the 19th century and are intricately hand-carved with unmistakable Mughal influences.

These panels would have come from stone havelis, the stylish homes of the wealthy. The design of these windows was such that they gave privacy while allowing a cooling breeze to enter the building.

Suitable for both indoor & outdoor use, we suggest that you mount these on a wall or use as a room divider.

We are happy to advise you and your builders on the best practice to safely install these pieces into your home, and sturdy brackets can be provided at an additional charge.
